Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 175 of 2020 for the offence under sections 399, 402, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case one country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2020. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty
