2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-363, 366(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-4 & 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. Allegedly, the petitioner enticed away the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is evident from bare perusal of the FIR that the alleged victim is a major girl. In her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. she did not support the prosecution case. She has specifically stated that her father has falsely implicated the

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
