This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 419, 420, 406 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are suspected to have stolen away the tractor of the informant.
Having similar allegation, co-accused, Babita Devi, has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 40008 of 2016 for the reason that she was a female. Except suspicion there is no other material against the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul, or successor Court.
