2. The petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2017 in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner being husband of the deceased lady and father of the two-year-old deceased child has been falsely implicated and it is a case of suicide following a minor altercation between the husband and the wife as evident from the statement of Munna Khan in course of investigation. The petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

4. Learned APP for the State on the other hand opposes the bail petition and submits on the basis of the case diary that there is allegation of demand of dowry and torture and it is a case of unnatural death within seven years of marriage.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
