Petitioner seeks bail in Magadh Medical P.S. Case No.185 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25 (1-b), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

In the written report, it is alleged that one country made pistol and twenty live cartridges were recovered from the house of Magan Singh. Petitioner is son of Magan Singh. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2019 having clean antecedents.
