The petitioner, Dilip Saw, apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 894(C) of 2013, registered under Sections 498A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with all honour and dignity, but his wife has filed the present case making false and frivolous allegations.

Perused the record.

Since the petitioner is ready to keep his wife, let the petitioner, above named, surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52009 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 copy of this order, and the learned Court below shall, after issuing notice to the complainant, enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail for two months on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to its satisfaction in connection with Complaint Case No. 894(C) of 2013 and shall make efforts for settlement of dispute between the husband and wife. If the dispute is not resolved, then the Court below shall pass fresh order on its own merits in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the application stands disposed of.
