This is a case registered under Sections 417, 418,419,420, & 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 66(A), 66(D) of the I.T. Act. It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that mobile number from which the demand was made does not belong to the petitioner and that on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused his name has been implicated. Accordingly, he claims parity with co-accused Mukesh Kumar Gupta who has been allowed bail in Cr. Misc. No 52918 of 2017. Petitioner is in custody sine 16.10.2017. He submits that in some of the cases mentioned in paragraph 3 of the bail application he is on bail. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. No.17327 of 2018 (3) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 449 of 2017 subject to the conditions : (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
