The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 354 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST Act.
The informant alleged that the accused persons came and took Rs. 50,000/- from her for appointing her son, but her son was appointed on salary of Rs. 5000/- and later on he was removed from his service.
It is submitted that when the informant enquired, the accused persons abused and assaulted her. The occurrence is said to have taken palce on 07.01.2015, but the complaint petition itself was filed on 28.01.2015. The petitioner never took any money

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri S.K. Jha, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saharsa in Mahishi P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
