JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-06-2018 This revision application, filed under section 53 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000, is directed against the order dated 05.04.2018 passed by Additional Sessions Judge I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Patna rejecting the Criminal Appeal No. 66 of 2018 filed against the order dated 19.02.2018 of the Juvenile Justice Board, Patna in Juvenile Justice Board Case No. 579 of 2017 (arising out of Pribahore P.S. Case No. 603 of 2017 under section 290 of the Indian Penal code and Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by another Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 24.05.2018 passed in Cr. Revision No. 278 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2017 having no criminal antecedent.

No.509 of 2018(3) dt.06-06-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances aforementioned, it is directed that let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Juvenile Justice Board, Patna in connection with Juvenile Justice Board Case No. 579 of 2017 (arising out of Pribahore P.S. Case No. 603 of 2017 subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be close relatives of the petitioner.

This Cr. Revision application, accordingly, stands disposed of.
