ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2019 in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No.88 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased lady and he is not residing with the family for the last three years. It is further submitted that he is an old person and has nothing to do with the alleged occurrence and may be extended the privilege of bail. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
