The petitioner is accused in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 313 of 2019 (Session Trial No. 1054 of 2019) registered under Sections 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was thrice rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 12421 of 2020, 4191 of 2021 and 61494 of 2021 on 29.02.2020, 17.03.2021 and 22.12.2021 respectively. He further submits that the prayer for bail of the appellant was lastly rejected with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months from the date of framing of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42711 of 2022(4) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 charge. Charge has already been framed on 09.12.2021. He has been rotting in jail since 01.07.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-XXVI, Patna in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 313 of 2019 (Session Trial No. 1054 of 2019).
