JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 354/B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he caught the informant from behind and threw at the ground after assaulting her and attempted to outrage her modesty.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is aged about 20 years and the informant is aged about 50 years. It has been further submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case as there is previous enmity between the parties.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27182 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patnacity in connection with Didarganj P.S.Case No. 200/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
