In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 79 of 2016 registered for offence under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that the petitioner has assaulted over the head of the victim by the spade and created serious injury of size 31⁄2" x 1⁄4 x " and 1" x 1⁄4 "x. The counsel for the petitioner submits that it is case and counter case with respect to the land in dispute.
