Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.54 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385 and 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others entered in the house of the informant and on the point of pistol and knife he had taken away Rs.25,000/- from the informant forcibly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the matter has been compromised between

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19779 of 2017 (3) dt.19-05-2017 the parties and a compromise petition dated 14.5.2017 has been filed in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, which would be evident from Annexure-1 of the supplementary affidavit.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.54 of 2017.
