This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bahera P.S. Case No.499 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 310(4), 310(5), 317(4), 317(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

While some criminals were preparing to commit dacoity, they have been apprehended by the Police. The petitioner is one of them and five live cartridges and mobile phones have been recovered from him.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2024.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38408 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, District- Darbhanga / concerned Court below, in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.499 of 2024, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close/blood relatives of the petitioner.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Bisfi (Patauna) Police Station, District- Darbhanga on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
