The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/323/406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act but cognizance has been taken under Sections 498A/323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is husband of the victim of demand of dowry and torture for the same. The petitioner has stated on oath that he is ready for restitution of conjugal life and to keep the wife with full honour and dignity.

No.36726 of 2019(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 Considering the statement of the petitioner on oath and chances of future settlement between the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bhabua Complaint Case No.1194 of 2014, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
