The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of entering into the house of the complainant, making assault and snatching gold chain. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the complainant is the aunt of the petitioner and due to petty dispute, the accusation has been levelled and for the occurrence of 18.12.2014, the complaint was filed on 20.12.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12
