JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9 of the of the Immoral Trafficking Act.

The accusation is of running brothel.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation has been levelled only on suspicion. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 664 of 2014 pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.555 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 the court of learned CJM, Sitamarhi.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
