Petitioners are not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that the name of petitioners came in this case in the statements of witnesses in course of investigation.

Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that in course of investigation, some witnesses claimed that they overheard the name of petitioners when culprits were talking to each other. Except the aforesaid materials, there is nothing against the petitioners.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40437 of 2016 (2) dt.29-09-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Siwan, in connection with Daronda P.S.Case No. 319 of 2015.
