The trial court has reported that the statement of the accused-petitioner, in Mansi P.S.Case No. 22 of 2016, under section 313 of the Cr.P.C has already been recorded. The aforesaid report goes to show that trial of the petitioner is on the verge of conclusion, therefore, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Mansi P.S.Case No. 22 of 2016, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria stands rejected.
