After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file statutory appeal before the Collector against the order passed by the Sub-divisional Officer, Hajipur cancelling the licence of the petitioner.

Prayer is allowed.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file statutory appeal before the Collector, Vaishali, Hajipur who shall dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within four months from the date of its filing.
