1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The Court is not inclined to entertain the modification application.

3. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a regular bail application with correct address as it has been submitted that petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by order dated 17.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 27603 of 2023 but then in the cause title, the address of the petitioner was wrongly typed in Cr. Misc. No. 27603 of 2023 and later when the petitioner came to know about the same, the present modification

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46548 of 2023(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 application has been filed for rectifying the same.

4. The modification application is rejected.

5. However, in the event if the petitioner surrenders on or before 02.08.2023 the learned trial court shall dispose of the case on the same day keeping in mind that petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court.
