The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 457, 380, 411, 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, in course of commission of theft in mobile shop of the informant, the petitioner was apprehended. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06-02-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It has further been submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of six months in custody.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that after completion of six months in custody, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S.
