ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since 25.08.2017 in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 89/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was not named in the First Information Report, but on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police, his name has been roped in. The petitioner is also not having any criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
