JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to file an appeal against the order of dismissal dated 15.3.2004.

Having regard to the fact that this writ application itself was filed after nearly seven years of the cause of action relating to the aforesaid order of dismissal, inasmuch as, the writ application was filed before this Court on 3.2.2011, this Court would not like to say anything with regard to the remedy of appeal that the petitioner now wants to avail but, this much is made clear that the petitioner will have now no liberty to move this Court again

Patna High Court CWJC No.2354 of 2011 (3) dt.07-07-2015 against the order of dismissal, in question.

With the aforementioned observation, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
