2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted father of the informant with bricks, fists etc who succumbed to the injuries during treatment.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific allegation that he assaulted the victim causing him internal injuries. Father of the informant died during treatment due to injury caused by the petitioner.
