JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their case in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323,324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner no.1 gave Farsa blow on the head of the son of the informant whereas petitioner no.2 assaulted the informant by means of Bamboo (Fatta).
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no injury report of the informant on the record whereas the injury of the son of the informant has been found to be simple in nature, which has been corroborated by the injury report. Considering the aforesaid facts,let the above named petitioners be released on anticipator bail, in the event of arrest or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51746 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 surrender before the learned court below within a period of 12 (twelve) weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi, in Belsand P.S.Case No. 127 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
