In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 125 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 364, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the first information report it appears that father and son were killed and their dead bodies were thrown at the different places as in the present case the dead body of the father was found near the railway track and dead body of the son was found in the well.

This Court rejected the bail of Vikesh Singh and Pintu Tanti in Cr. Misc. Nos. 25245 and 18290 of 2016 respectively.
