2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The complainant Kiran Devi was married with the petitioner and after marriage she went to her matrimonial house and started residing there. After some time her husband and other in-laws started torturing her and demanded Rs. 2,00,000/- . The petitioner is alleged to have performed second marriage and thrown out the complainant from his house.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42462 of 2023(3) dt.10-10-2023 2/2 has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner solemnized marriage with the complainant in the year 2008. She was got treated from several doctors but not in a position to conceive and thereafter only second marriage was solemnized with the consent of both the parties to get child for future generation. The petitioner has been paying Rs. 5000/- per month to the complainant since 2020 towards onetime settlement.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 808C of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) saurabhkr/- U T
