The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 400, 401, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b), 26(A)/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that one country made pistol along with live cartridges are recovered and the accused persons indulged in selling of theft and looted articles.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 5.1.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Name of the petitioner has come on disclosure made by co-accused. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dihari, Rohtas in connection with Dehari (T) P.S. case No.1124 of 2018.
