ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 28-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 13 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 447, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Miss Akanksha Kashyap, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya.

Considering the nature of injuries sustained by the injured, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Court below, failing which the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner.
