JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners is of committing murder to the son of the informant by assaulting him by means of lathi and danda.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner no.1 is in custody since 14.07.2016 and petitioner no.2 is in custody since 04.06.2016. The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitiotners. No specific

On behalf of the state and counsel for the informant, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Aungari P.S. Case No. 36 of 2016.
