06-09-2019 After some argument, Sri Bimlesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 11, requests for disposal of the present writ petition so that petitioner may approach the court of competent jurisdiction where the present case is pending for release of the vehicle.

During hearing, it was noticed that petitioner has taken a plea that in the year 2017 itself his motorcycle in question was stolen, regarding which, he had lodged F.I.R. In that view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that proper course for the petitioner is to approach the court of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11928 of 2019(2) dt.06-09-2019 2/2 competent jurisdiction, where the case is pending, and file appropriate petition. If such petition is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the Court expects that the concerned court/authority may decide the application within a week from the date of filing of such petition. With above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
