The petitioner is accused in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 283 of 2015, registered under Section 498(A), 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is that the daughter of the informant has been killed due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, due to family dispute, wife of the petitioner consumed poison and she was rushed to the hospital for treatment, but she died in course of treatment. The Police after investigation submitted Chargesheet under Section 306 of I.P.C. and the

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
