The petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2018 in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 272 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 379, 328, 396, 412, 413 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his name has surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by co-accused, Vira Choudhary, who has since been released on bail. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19141 of 2018 (3) dt.27-04-2018 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 272 of 2017.
