Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. They lived separately with the deceased and her husband and the thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody. They are in custody since 26.5.2021.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49775 of 2021(3) dt.13-01-2022 2/2 informant oppose the prayer for bail submitting that the post mortem report reveals that the deceased had sustained total six ante mortem injuries which suggests that all the accused persons including these petitioners thrashed the deceased causing her death.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let all the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Kaimur at Bhabua in Ramgarh Police Station Case No. 109 of 2021.
