The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 503 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 47 of the Bihar Excise Act.

One bottle of foreign liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 23.09.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 503 of 2016.
