The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the written report itself, it appears that there is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. It has been mentioned in the written report that foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of Chanchal Kumar and Gautam Kumar. It has been mentioned in para-3 of bail petition that petitioner has clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. let the
