This is an application for bail in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S.Case No. 22 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on the basis of confessional statement he has been made accused in this case and there is already direction of the court below to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completion of seven months in custody and that period is now going to expire within one month.

Having heard both sides and considering the fact that there is already direction of the Additional Sessions Judge-XI in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9341 of 2017 (3) dt.07-04-2017 2/2 impugned order to renew prayer for bail after seven months and he is in custody, hence, I am not inclined to interfere with the direction of the Additional Sessions Judge and this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the court below as per direction of Additional Sessions Judge 11th , Patna dated 12.1.2017.
