The petitioner was appointed as Notary for the district of Aurangabad. His notary licence was not renewed on the ground that he defaulted in making application in time and depositing fee. His representation was also rejected.
A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents to state the aforesaid facts.
Having argued the matter at some length, Mr. Shanti Pratap, counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would apply afresh for grant of notary licence as per the procedure
Patna High Court CWJC No.19678 of 2011 (4) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 prescribed therefor.
If any such application is filed, the respondents will consider the same in accordance with law.
The application is disposed of.
