The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2886 of 2013 corresponding to Trial No. 2331 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits petitioner is willing and ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity and that there will be no recurrence of any demand so as to prejudice her in any manner and cause mental torture to her. Considering the bonafide offer made by the petitioner and that there shall be no recurrence of any demand, let the

No.30466 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No. 2886 of 2013 corresponding to Trial no. 2331 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It will, however, be open to O.P. No. 2 to approach this Court for appropriate orders, if at all there is recurrence of any untoward incident.
