The petitioners seek bail in Raxaul P.S. Case No. 88 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant alleged that the informant and others
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39852 of 2016 (3) dt.05-12-2016 2/2 purchased lands of Plots No. 741, 740 of Khata No. 62. On 12.05.2016, Pawan Yadav and others having armed with different weapons came on the plot with an object to forcibly take possession of the lands. The daughter of the informant tried to take photographs of the accused but the accused persons entered into the house and assaulted the daughter of the informant and others. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were apprehended on the spot. Other accused persons, namely, Ritu Raj, Amar Pratap Singh, Kishlay Kumar, Rabish Kumar have already been enlarged on bail. The case of the petitioners stands on the same footing. Nobody was injured.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, namely, Bipin Kumar Sharma, Sandeep Kumar Patel @ Sandeep Patel and Dilip Kumar Singh are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul at Motihari, in Raxaul P.S. Case No. 88 of 2016.
