This is an application for bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S.Case No. 565 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 372, 373, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 3, 4 & 5 of Immoral Traffic Act, including 4, 6 of POCSO Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and even from house of the petitioner and she is in custody since 14.12.2016.

Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that petitioner is a flesh trader. Having heard both sides and considering the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7188 of 2017 (3) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected.
