The petitioner is in custody in connection with POCSO P.S. Case No. 28 of 2023 arising out of Kurtha (Manikpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 363, 365, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 8 of POCSO Act has been added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.03.2023.

It is alleged that the victim girl was kidnapped by the petitioner.

During investigation the victim girl has stated before the police that she got married to the petitioner in a temple and they were staying together.

Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Jehanabad in connection with POCSO P.S. Case No. 28 of 2023 arising out of Kurtha (Manikpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023.
