1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant modification application has been filed within the time of surrender stipulated by order dated 22.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.29826 of 2024. It is submitted that in Cr. Misc. No.29826 of 2024 inadvertently the name of the father of the petitioner was typed as Raja Singh, when it ought to have been Rajesh Singh @ Rajo Singh and the name of the village was typed as Bodpur, when it is Badpur.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the name of the father of the petitioner and the village name be read as Rajesh

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46613 of 2024(2) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 Singh @ Rajo Singh and Badpur respectively in the order dated 22.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.29826 of 2024.
