It appears that the petitioner and the respondent 2nd set were defendants before the court below. Out of four defendants, one Lal Chuni Devi has filed this writ application for setting aside the order dated 05.05.2010. The main contesting party is respondent no.1, who is plaintiff before the court below. This writ application has already been dismissed against the respondent no.1 and so this writ application has become incompetent. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
