Puri P.S. Case No. 303 of 2014 whereby the petitioners have been summoned to face trial for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that all the offences for which

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to press the compromise petition before the court concerned. Leave is granted.
