The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,325,307,504,452,504 and 452/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of assaulting the two sons, daughter and niece of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that except one injury on the finger of one of the injured other injuries have been found to be simple, hence it is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34017 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 2/2 further submitted that no case under section 307 IPC is made out. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 6 of 2015 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Jehanabad. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
