The sole petitioner, who is in custody only since 12.03.2016 in Bairiya P.S. Case No.62 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during investigation, witnesses have made contradictory statements and, as such, he submits that it is a case of false implication.

However, keeping in view the nature of accusation, at the moment, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. NKS/- (Rakesh Kumar, J) U T
