For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Manish Kumar No-2 For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Sri Vinod Shankar Modi ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-11-2016 Heard.
Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court taking note of allegation, levelled against him but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that uptill now, not a single prosecution witness could be examined. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 560 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 423 of 2016 stands rejected. However, learned trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
